Donna M. (Cook) Sheets 51 of Westerville, passed away Friday June 24, 2016 at Heartland of Uptown Westerville, Westerville. Survived by her sons Daniel and Andrew and loving family: parents, Ray and Sharon Sink; brother Michael Cook, sisters Dianna Szymkowiak and Mary E. Sink; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call 10 to 11 AM Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at HILL FUNERAL HOME, 220 S. State St., Westerville where services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday. Rev. Char Schultz of The Church of The Master, U.M officiating. Interment Otterbein Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute in her memory to the Knox County Animal Shelter.
