Obituary for Louis A. Elek

Louis A. Elek, 63, of Columbus , Ohio , died April 8, 2016 at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital after a long and courageous battle against Multiple Sclerosis. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on August 3, 1952. He was an Air Force Veteran, a Certified Public Accountant, and a Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He is survived by his mother Dorothy, wife Barbara, daughter Jennifer (Doug), daughter Melanie (Peter), four granddaughters, and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Louis and his brother Daniel. Visitation will be 3:00-4:00 p.m. Saturday, April 16 at HILL FUNERAL HOME in Westerville with a memorial service to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the charity of your choice.
