Simon Seligman Jr. age 88 passed away January 11 2016. Proceeded in death by father Simon Seligman Sr. and mother Constance Chavez Seligman, wife Delores Hazel Thompson Seligman and brother Arthur Seligman. Survived by Constance Seligman Sanchez and brothers, Milton and James Seligman, Sons and daughter in laws Art and Ramona Seligman and Dennis and Nancy Seligman, Grandchildren Angi,Simon III Devin and Jamie. Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews and friends. He is a proud member of St. Bartholomew Catholic church Forth Worth Texas. A proud member of Knights of Columbus, James Gallagher Assembly 3222 Fort Worth Texas. He was volunteering full time collecting food for the Catholic Church St. Vincent de Paul food pantry, up until his heart attack. He was able to get Costco and Target to donate a full minivan of food every week. Making 800 sandwiches’ a week with his brother Knights for the Presbyterian Homeless Shelter. Serving food at the Homeless shelter soup kitchen. He was able to feed 1000’s of people in the ten years he volunteered. Retired from Franklin County at the age of 77.
