Obituary for Al "Buddy" Lang

Albert Lawrence (Buddy) Lang Jr, 76 of Westerville OH went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 27, 2015, at his home. A native of Wheelersburg OH, he was employed and retired from Lucent Technology. Buddy was a member of Saint Paul's Church in Westerville OH, a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 2020, a member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters Association of Columbus and Franklin County, Inc and a Grand Knight with the Knights of Columbus. Buddy was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Kathryn Lang, his father, Albert Lawrence Lang Sr both of Wheelersburg OH, and his sister, Diann Sue Lang Schwamberger of Portsmouth OH. Surviving are his brother, James A (Regena) Lang of Baltimore OH, his brother-in-law, James J Schwamberger of Wheelersburg OH and nephews, James (Debra) Schwamberger of Sciotoville OH, Timothy (Peggy) Schwamberger of Lucasville OH, nieces, Rachel (Glen) Yarnell of Portsmouth, Rebecca Richardson of Wheelersburg OH, Anita (John) Loar of Wheelersburg OH, and Frances (Bryan) Kessinger of Stout OH along with several great (great-great) neices and nephews. Friends and family may call from 10:30 am to 11:30 am, Wednesday, July 1, 2015. at St Paul Catholic Church, 313N. State St., Westerville OH with Mass of Christian Burial immediately following at 11:30 am. Rev Fr. David Gwinner Celebrant. Friends and family may also call from 10:30 to 11:30 am, Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Saint Peter in Chains Catholic Church in Wheelersburg OH, with a Christian graveside service to immediate follow.
