Interment will take place at a later date at Kensico Cemetery, Valhalla, New York. The family, however, will receive friends on Thursday, April 2nd, 2015 at The Crossings at Windemere Clubhouse, Westerville, from 5-7pm. The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to W.A.R.M. (Westerville Area Resource Ministry) or Mt. Carmel Hospice.

Wallace Oliver passed away Saturday, March 28, at home. Born in Van Buren, Arkansas, to the late Wallace and May Maxey Oliver, he was the last surviving member of his family, having outlived two brothers and two sisters. Mr. Oliver is survived by his wife, Betty, son W. Brooks Oliver, and daughters Liz (Ed) Delp, Liane (Allen) Shultz, and Leslie Oliver, as well as three grandsons, and many nieces and nephews. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Mr. Oliver was retired from the Fiberglass Division, PPG Industries, Pittsburgh, PA. He was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II, serving as a weatherman in the China-Burma-India Theatre. He was honorably discharged April 1958. The deceased wished that no viewing or service be held. Interment will take place at a later date at Kensico Cemetery, Valhalla, New York. The family, however, will receive friends on Thursday, April 2nd, 2015 at The Crossings at Windemere Clubhouse, Westerville, from 5-7pm.
