Condolence: Dear Brenda,
I am still in shock as I am sure you and many others are. Tom was like a rock to me, a man that I really admired. I had the privilege of working with him for many years and there was such a genuineness about him that made him so unique. When we greeted each other it was never just a short "Hey, morning", he was always so intentional and really wanted to know how you were or better yet what he could do to make your day better. We shared a lot of joint implant stories and I know he had his struggles but he never complained - always a positive outlook. I didn't know much about his faith so I was really blessed by the testimonies of his love for the Lord at the service. That isn't a surprise. Please know that I will always remember Tom as one of my favorite people at Abbott (and I know a lot of Abbott people). Blessings to you and your family.
