Arrangements

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 1 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Hill Funeral Home in Westerville. It will be followed by a 12:00 p.m. service.  The family has requested that unvaccinated attendees wear a mask.  

So very thankful for all the memories made over the years with Uncle Craig. He fit into this crazy family of ours so well. Always loved to watch him tie the cherry stem in a knot with his tongue!!! As much as he will be missed, we are so thankful he is healthy and whole once again. I imagine he has already been greeted by all his loved ones, and he and my dad are probably already working on some sort of project! Praying big prayers for peace and comfort for you all during the hardest of days ahead. Love you all very much!

Craig Alan Thomas, Age 67, of Westerville OH, passed away peacefully on Friday August 27, 2021 after a long battle with Lewy Body Dementia.  Craig was born on July 19, 1954 in Altoona, PA. He was a graduate of The Ohio State University, School of Architecture in 1976.  He then began his 27 year career at Nationwide Insurance, followed by an additional 12 years as Vice President of Construction for Epcon Communities, where he retired.  He was a member of the University Lodge 631 of free masons.  Craig was an avid boater, golfer, and loving father.  He is survived by wife Jo Anne of 37 years; children Clayton of Upper Arlington, OH and Cole of Westerville OH; sisters Cathy (Michael) Farrell and LeeAnn (Brandon)Ned, both of Houston, TX.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 1 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Hill Funeral Home in Westerville. It will be followed by a 12:00 p.m. service. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kemper House of Worthington or the Alzheimer’s Association. THe family has requested that unvacinnated attendees wear a mask.
