Condolence: Kathy, so sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. I had a wonderful conversation with her at Alexis’s graduation party. I have always been amazed with how she raised 8 children. I feel very fortunate to have been able to celebrate so many of your children’s milestones with her and your siblings. Your mom did a fantastic stop with all of her children. Know that we are praying for all of you as your navigate this difficult time.
Condolence From: Roger Schockling, Jacksonville, Florida
Condolence: The Patricia Fox Family have my sympathy for the loss of a lovely dear mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. Patricia was the oldest girl of the seven Schockling children born to Ignatz and Gertrude Schwallie Schockling. Patricia was an untiring willing helper with raising the younger children.
When Patricia entered second grade at school, Patricia took her younger brother, Roger, to school at age five on picture day to have Roger's picture taken. Roger sat with Patricia the entire school day in a double seat dressed in his Sunday clothes with Patricia. The picture of the five year old Roger yet today hangs in a frame on the wall in Roger's bedroom,
Pleasant childhood memories of long ago are well remembered.
