Chuck❤ was more like a brother to me than a brother-in-law. Will never forget all the wonderful memories of Christmas' down home and at the Berns' households. Fond memories of the many trips we all had. He always wanted to make sure everyone was taken care of and having a good time! You could always tell when Chuck was in the room because he was very much the entertainer. So many laughs. His presence will FOREVER be missed even though his spirit will be with us forever. He surely will be watching over each of you! He is happy

When I last spoke with him he was so grateful that he was home and that he had come through his stroke. He had talked about how God was good to him and so happy to be home.
